1 piece 150mm x 1000mm Photosensitive Dry Film For DIY PCB Circuit Production Photoresist. Condition is "Brand New".

Item will be rolled up on plastic tube

Features:

Universal used in producing PCB board, attach on the PCB surface to make it photosensitive.

Suitable for electroplating, hole covering and etching.

Great hole covering ability.

high resolution.

Great adaptive capacity to different material.

Durable in pH 8.0-8.5 situation.

1.5mil dry film fully covers a 0.25inch height hole.

Suitable for usual plating bath, no wrinkle or color error.

Operating Steps:

1. Remove the cover plastic from 1 side using cello tape.

2. Clean the surface, then attach the film carefully, be sure to make it flat and leave no air. (Use a squeegee and water)

3. Fixing. Iron or hot laminate the film to fix it @ approximately 100 degrees Celsius

4. Print the PCB film to ensure precision, or use parchment paper instead.

(You will need a negative design on your transfer film. Meaning your tracks will be clear for UV to harden)

5. Put the printed pattern on the photosensitive board to expose to UV light, the sun will work. The dry film will turn into deep blue from light blue. If you’re using a UV lamp of 30-40 Watts, 60 seconds should be fine

6. Development: Remove the outer protective film with a piece of cello tape. Place the board into developer water.

DEVELOPER WATER IS MADE OF 125MLS OF TAP WATER, TO 3-4 GRAMS, a flat teaspoon, OF SODIUM CARBONATE, SODA CRYSTALS. (Go to Bunnings it’s cheap.)

Gently wipe the board with a soft brush when developing.

7. Etch in Ferric Chloride or similar.

8. De-film after etching is finished. Put the board into Acetone for several minutes until all the film has fallen off.
