NEW 1602 16X2 LCD Display IIC/I2C/TWI/SPI Serial Interface Module For Arduino

LCD1602 16×2 Blue LCD is a dot matrix character-type liquid crystal display module that shows letters, numbers, characters, etc. It’s composed of 5 x 7 or 5 x 11 dot matrix positions; each position can display one character. There’s a dot pitch between two characters and a space between lines, thus separating characters and lines.

The 1602 display are straightforward to use and are a simple way to provide a user interface on many of your DIY projects where you need more info than basic LED indicators, or 7-Segment displays can provide since these are full alphanumeric displays with two lines of 16 characters each for a total of 32 characters.

For an interactive display, pairing this type of display with a rotary encoder to navigate and select menu items on display can provide an amicable user interface.
