Due to the many personal ways to expose, develop and etch pcb’s, only basic directions are included.

After producing several pcb’s in-house, we recommend a std UVA Light source of approximately 20-30W for an exposure time of 3-5 minutes, many factors may vary so it’s difficult to determine an exact time.

Developer of NaOH (Sodium Hydroxide) 13g/litre solution for approximately 3-4 minutes, and FeCl for etching to the desired effect.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PCB DOESN’T HAVE A SKIN ON IT AS YOU WOULD NORMALLY EXPECT. IT USES THE SHIELDING OF THE BAG TO STOP EXPOSURE. ONCE YOU CUT YOUR PCB TO DESIRED SIZE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED PIECE BACK INTO THE BAG AND RESEAL.
