Overview:

1. Clock display: Use timer 1 of the MCU on the motherboard to time and display it on a 4-bit display.

2. Digital flow: 0-9, 16 characters such as A, b, C, d, E, F flow from right to left.

3. Stop watch: Use the timer 1 of the MCU on the motherboard to time and use the button to implement the stop watch function.
