Operation Manual:

1. Depress piston downward until it latches

2. Heating solder joints to solder melting with electric soldering iron. A small amount of flux can help.

3. Remove the iron and quickly insert the solder sucker over the area press the button. If at all possible, keep the soldering iron to one side of the joint being sucked to help retain heat in pad.

4. If It is not clean the first time, you can repeat the above process many times.

Two spare tips are included in the kit. The tips are made of heat resistant PTFE (Teflon) and should only need replacing after 3-400 uses.

The barrel of the pump will need to be cleaned out on a regular basis.

On time of reassembly, the use of a small amount of Vaseline on the O-Ring and in the barrel, can aid in vacuum in the devise, and the prevention of build up inside the barrel.
